Phelan comments that humanity is self extincting. How does G. Carlin’s routine reinforce this notion?
- George Carlin does a very good job of making a mockery of all the people who say we need to go green or the earth will die. While I do think we should be conscious of our actions and how they affect the earth, after watching Carlin’s routine, I am almost convinced that maybe everyone is going crazy over nothing.
Carlin stressed that it is the people who populate the Earth that are at fault for being so wacked; how can you argue with that? I think that every single person who lives on this planet is a little bit nucking futs in their own way. If everyone just stopped and took a second then maybe we could actually accomplish all the things that world leaders have been talking about for years, not just to do with the environment but humanitarian struggles as well. Either way the worls not gonna end for 2 billion years I think we can deal with it.
